Billing and Bill Processing
CustomCall has been a leader in bill processing for 15 years. CustomCall manages all aspects of billing, including printing, stuffing, and mailing. Delivering true convergent billing, we offer complete local, long distance, and enhanced services billing and can accommodate any combination of communications services on a single invoice. Our billing services include:
CustomCall uses an IBM i5 series-based system for call processing and billing, which has essentially zero scalability limitations. Our platform and its components can interface with virtually any usage type. We are currently handling some 49 different record types (EMI, AMA, etc.) and receiving all industry-standard file formats (XML, binary, text, etc.). CustomCall processes records from all of the major CLECs, IXCs, and RBOCs. Extremely flexible call rating allows you to offer unlimited, precise pricing schemes to your customers.
