to Communications Service Providers, such as telephone companies, Voice over Internet
Protocol providers, cable TV and IPTV companies as well as wireless providers.
Founded in 1993 by telecommunications executives with vast industry experience,
CustomCall offers keen insight and solutions to information systems issues facing
competitive CSPs. Extensive familiarity with telephone information systems, combined

Management Team
Frank D. Peregrine, Chairman and CEO
Frank D. Peregrine is Chairman, CEO and a co-founder of CustomCall. Mr. Peregrine’s
principal focus is on business development, including product development and marketing
and sales, and in financial and administrative areas. He is actively involved in
system design issues on a regular basis, as is the entire management team. Mr. Peregrine
has held a number of management positions in the telecommunications industry since
1983.
Mr. Peregrine holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s
Kellogg Graduate School of Management, with major emphases in Finance and Managerial
Economics, and a BA from Carleton College, Northfield, MN, with a major in Chemistry.
Laurie L. Tines, President and COO
Laurie L. Tines is President, COO and a co-founder of CustomCall. In this position,
she is in charge of all daily operations as well as directly supervising the AS/400
iSeries programming staff. Ms. Tines was the sole programmer at CustomCall at
its inception, and to this day maintains an active role in systems design and operations
in addition to corporate management. Her vision, acumen and determination have been
largely responsible for CustomCall’s success to date.
Ms. Tines holds a BS degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University,
Milwaukee, WI, and an Associate Degree in Applied Business, with emphasis on Data
Processing, from Jefferson Community College, Steubenville, OH.
Kevin Williams – Executive Vice President
Mr. Williams serves as the Executive Vice President and has over 31 years of industry
related experience. He had numerous management roles in network, OSS operations,
planning and customer support at Illinois Bell, Ameritech, & Nortel. Mr. Williams
was co-founder & Vice President of Operations at One Stop Telecommunications prior
to the role as co-founder & Chief Executive Officer at Concretio, which was merged
with CCDS in February of 2010. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering
from the University of Illinois and a MBA – Finance from DePaul University
Robert M. Whritenour, Vice President and General Manager
Robert M. Whritenour joined CustomCall in November, 2004 as its Vice President of
System Design and Project Management, and was later promoted to Vice President and
General Manager. The functions reporting to Mr. Whritenour include Application Development,
System Design, Project Management, Client Support and Training. Mr. Whritenour has
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado. He has worked in the
telecommunications industry since 1990. He has held positions with MCI, McLeod USA
and NewSouth Communications prior to joining CustomCall.
John McManus – Vice President Sales
Mr. McManus serves as Vice President of Sales. He has over 21 years of industry
experience. Mr. McManus served in a finance and operations role at Centel & Willtel.
He moved into sales management at Soft-Serv Information before taking the role of
President/CEO at Telcom Midwest. He was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at
Concretio, which was merged with CCDSl in February of 2010. He earned a Bachelor
of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University; and a MBA – Accounting,
from Benedictine University.
Mark F. McGinley, Vice President of Finance and Administration
Mark F. McGinley has been the Vice President of Finance and Administration for CustomCall
since 1998. In this role, Mr. McGinley is responsible for all finance, accounting
and human resources functions. He also takes an active role in system design as
well as certain client support activities.
Mr. McGinley holds an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial
Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He has worked at Telecom*USA
and MCI Telecommunications, Lake States Communications and Tiziani Golf Car prior
to joining CustomCall.
